In Mimbre we want you to be satisfied with your purchase at our online store. However, if something didn’t go well, we gladly accept most returns by mail and in store within 7 days for free -since the day the order has been delivered to you. Returns will be replaced with a similar product or with a gift card to be used later only onsite store. You can find exceptions noted bellow. Returned items must be in original and saleable condition. Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable, except for items that arrive fully broken or damaged, in that case Mimbre will compensate the fee with a product based on the same price.
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging (exception of the unpacked soaps and cosmetics)
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

- Explain the problem with the items, add pictures if possible
- Add your invoice or order number.
After this, we will contact you in order to arrange a return by post or in person by you in our onsite store and find the best refund or replacement for your case.
